Lot 48: A Lot of 40 New Dark Grey Composite Fiber Roofing Slates, 50cm By 25cm
This lot comprises 40 rectangular roofing slates in a dark grey or charcoal colour. The items are constructed from a textured material, appearing to be either natural slate or a fibre-cement composite. Each slate features pre-drilled holes for fixing. The collection includes items presented in bound stacks with plastic strapping as well as loose individual pieces. The surfaces show a uniform dark tone with a matte, textured finish.
Condition report:
Reclaimed condition. The slates exhibit signs of previous use and weathering, including surface wear, dust, and various marks or staining. The edges are generally intact, though minor nibbles and chips consistent with age and handling are present.
