The figure features traditional iconographic details including a raised ushnisha, tightly curled hair, and elongated earlobes, and is draped in a simple monastic robe. The piece is presented on a dark-stained, naturalistic wooden stand with a rustic, uneven finish. A handwritten paper label is affixed to the chest reading VENDOR 1924 / BUDDHA ON WOODEN / STAND. A printed auction label from Liskeard Auction Rooms is attached to the base identifying it as Lot 554. No makers marks or signatures are visible.
