Lot 591: A Trio of Vintage Walking Sticks and Canes including a Bamboo Crook Handle Example
This lot consists of three walking sticks and canes of various styles. The first example features a traditional bentwood crook handle and a segmented shaft, likely bamboo, with a light-coloured varnish. The second item is a cane with a black composite T-shaped handle in the Derby style on a black shaft, which is accented by a white-metal collar below the handle. The third is a walking stick with a wooden knob handle and a prominent brass collar on a tapered hardwood shaft with a medium brown stain. All three pieces are fitted with base ferrules.
