Lot 657: A Collection of Decorative Objects and Jewellery Including Limoges Porcelain and Lotus Simulated Pearls
A group of miscellaneous decorative objects and jewellery comprising a graduated simulated pearl necklace in its original cream-coloured presentation case marked Lotus FASHION. The collection includes a cobalt blue porcelain lidded trinket box, the lid decorated with a gilt transfer-printed romantic scene within a foliate border. The base of the box is marked in gold Limoges FRANCE with stars and in red script Limoges France 530 C. Also present is a cut crystal glass bowl with a starburst base and geometric facets, an inside-painted glass snuff bottle with a pink stopper depicting a figure in a landscape, and a blue and white Willow pattern ceramic dish mounted in a hexagonal wooden frame. The lot is completed by two small painted figurines of jazz musicians, two silver-toned tea light holders, and a boxed set of four dark green place mats with gold-tone borders, the box bearing a retail label for 4 SCREENED SERVERS.
