Lot 199: Vintage Roughneck and Draper Steel Garden Cutting Tools
Vintage Roughneck and Draper steel garden cutting tools, comprising three bow saws and two pairs of long-handled loppers. The tools are constructed with tubular steel frames finished in yellow or green paint, fitted with composite or rubberised plastic grips in black, red, and yellow. One yellow bow saw frame carries a printed adhesive label reading ROUGHNECK and 24 / 610mm BOWSAW. Another yellow handle is embossed with the characters ROUGHNECK. Several handles feature black oval adhesive labels with the manufacturer name DRAPER printed in white. The collection includes a pair of heavy-duty loppers with red and black grips and a set of traditional garden shears.
