Lot 903: A Vintage Falcon Stainless Steel Countertop Pasta Cooker
A vintage Falcon stainless steel countertop pasta cooker, designed for professional catering and noodle preparation. The appliance comprises a single large tank within a rectangular stainless steel chassis, provided with several deep, small-format wire mesh baskets for individual portion control. The unit is fitted with a removable stainless steel lid featuring a black composite grip handle. The control panel is integrated into the side, housing two black rotary thermostat knobs and two indicator lights in red and amber. A loose curved stainless steel pipe attachment with a threaded brass fitting is included inside the tank. The manufacturer name Falcon is embossed on the control panel face. The unit retains a handwritten white label marked S 266 and an HCP Auctions South West lot label for Lot 903. The black power cord is printed with the text WUXI WIRE.
Condition report:
The equipment is in used commercial condition. The stainless steel surfaces, particularly the lid and control panel, show significant surface scratching, water spotting, and dried residue (photo 1). The interior tank and the included wire baskets show heavy mineral deposits and food residue typical of frequent use (photo 2). The control knobs show light wear. The unit has not been tested for electrical functionality and requires a thorough professional cleaning before use.
